What shipping methods do you use?
We ship through USPS & UPS. Our standard delivery times usually are between 2 to 8 days depending on service selected and distance. Delivery time does not include processing time from when the order is placed to when it leaves our facility. Processing time is between 1 to 3 days depending on what day of the week you place your order. All of our candles are made, packaged, and shipped from Tampa, Florida.
How do I return a Product?
If your product is defective please email us at online@seventhavenuecandles.com, include your name and order number in the message, and we will find a solution as fast as we can.
