Before you join
Do I get to choose my own scent?
No, that's part of the fun. Each box ships with one scent, randomly selected from that month's collection, so you won't know what's coming until it arrives.
What if a candle isn't for me?
Tell us within two weeks and we'll send a replacement from that month's line at no charge. No forms, just a reply to your shipping email.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, anytime, from your account page. Skipping simply pushes your next charge and shipment to the following month.
Where are the candles made?
In our workshop on Seventh Avenue in Ybor City, Tampa. Every batch is poured, labeled, and packed by the same small team that answers your emails.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently the US and Canada. We're testing a few routes further out and will announce them to the mailing list first.
